Onix Digital Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Onix Digital social media management dashboard (the "App", "Service"), hosted at aster.onixdigital.mx, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Onix Digital, a digital marketing agency based in Mexico City, Mexico.
2. Description of Service
Onix Digital provides social media management tools including but not limited to:
- OAuth-based authentication with third-party social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Content uploading and publishing to connected social media accounts
- Viewing account statistics and video libraries
- Managing social media content on behalf of authorized Onix Digital users
3. User Accounts and Authorization
Access to the App is restricted to authorized users of Onix Digital. Users must authenticate via a password provided by the administrator. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4. Third-Party Platform Integration
Onix Digital integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs. By connecting a social media account to Onix Digital, you authorize the App to access and manage content on your behalf within the scope of permissions granted during the OAuth authorization process. You may revoke access at any time through the Onix Digital "Disconnect" feature or directly through the third-party platform's settings.
5. Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and publish through Onix Digital. Content must comply with the terms of service of the respective social media platforms. Onix Digital does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.
6. Data Handling
Onix Digital stores OAuth tokens and basic account information necessary for operation. Uploaded content is temporarily stored during the upload process and is not retained after successful publication. For details on how Onix Digital handles data, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Onix Digital shall not be liable for any damages arising from its use, including but not limited to: failed uploads, content publication errors, or third-party API changes.
8. Modifications
Onix Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the App interface.
